Manyara Lake Reserve is the most famous Tanzania National Park for kind lions that climbing up on trees. This type of lion is found only in this reserve in Africa. This park is located about 126 kilometres [126 km] from Arusha city and it contains about 300 square kilometrss [300 Sq-km]. The park is located within two regions in northern part of Tazania, Arusha and Manyara Region, while the two administrative regions have no jurisdiction over the reserve, as it managed by the Tanzania National Reserve Authority.
The popularity of Lake Manyara reserves increases daily due to the growth of local tourism , where many citizens from northern Tanzania like to visit this park. A large number of students from different schools in Tanzania visit the park for different geography lessons as well see as the wonders of the world, especially wildlife, animals, birds and plants.
Similarly, the popularity of Lake Manyara reserves grows by the majority of tourists from abroad. This park is located within the Rift Valley where its edges add more theme of the area.
Lake Manyara within the park is the greatest tourists attractions as result of a large number of flamingo that have a great influence on everyone. The birds looks like a big white curtain during the day on the lake finding foods and place to rest. Animals in the park include lions, buffaloes, elephants, blue monkeys, leopards, cheetahs, masai giraffe, impala, zebra, hippopotamus and many more animal inhabit . This park also covers by the flocks of bird where many of them remain throughout the year, especially the heroes and locks that are seen in large groups and make this tourist area more attractive with more than species of fascinating birds.
Hot water springs also considered as the wonders of this park. The rising water from the ground seems to give out smoke as warm water in the kitchen. These natural water springs have been flooding for over a period of millions of years. The small town of Mto wa-Mbu is a major trading center for tourists visiting the Lake Manyara reserve. This small town is near the park entrance gate.
