The Ngorongoro area is located in northern part of Tanzania within the Ngorongoro crater. This is the largest Conservation Area   in Tanzania, about 180 kilometers away from Arusha; It is also a national park known throughout the world.

There are approximately 25,000 large wildlife species, including Rhinos, hippopotamus, mules, Zebra, buffaloes, lions,hyenas and leopards. You will find the only kinds of lions who climbing up the trees.

The remains of early man and other creatures in the Olduvai Gorge show the paralyzed animals existed since 3 million years ago. In 1979 Ngorongoro was received in the  UNESCO World Heritage List on the side of natural heritage.
